I've seen (andremoved) a few more than one tick, and I don't think I've
ever seen a tick, or a tick bite wound, that looked like that.
It might be best to not *fuss* with it till the WhiteCoat takes a look.
Whatever it is,you don't want to risk pushing it any deeper into her skin.

I hope she's back to normal soon.
That could explain why she isn't eating much. Let us know how the vet goes as I am sure you will.
