I'm glad Lacey is better. I, too, am afraid to cut my dogs' nails....I even bought some trimmers, thinking I would start cutting Boomer's since he was a pup, but I had a dog when I was a kid who always bled, so I've always shied away from it. I have to take Cassie to the vet this week to get hers trimmed. Since she is not as active as she used to be, they are really, really long.....in her younger years, she used to go full bore after something, and she has ripped and/or shredded at least 2 or 3 in her life.
