Aww, you found him a good home. You did good!!!
Aww, you found him a good home. You did good!!!
From Decker with Love
The vet tech, Sandi, called me a few moments ago to tell me that Buster (she decided to keep his name) is doing wonderful.
She said when she first got him home, he was running around all over, crying, as if he was searching for someone. She said she thinks he was probably looking for me, because she saw how attached he was to me. She held him and told him he would be ok and he did settle down.
She has a female great dane that adores cats/kittens, and she said her dane now thinks little Buster is her baby. She gets upset if he is not in her sight, and whines at her momma until she helps her locate the kitty. Buster was scared of her at first due to her size, but she said eventually they were laying together in Star's bed sound asleep.
She is supposed to be sending me some pictures in a little bit, and I will be sure to post them as soon as she does.
Now that's what I call a good report! Can't wait to see the pix!
Blessings,
Mary

No doubt about it...little Buster hit the jackpot twice! First when you found him and rescued him from an uncertain situation giving him the love he needed and deserved. And second by loving him enough to place him in what sounds like the purrfect loving furever home. Please take comfort in knowing you did what was best for sweet little Buster. From your post it's clear to see that he will know a life filled with love, care, happiness and all the things every kitty should have. Thank you and bless you for helping a baby in need!

Oh, can't wait to see the photos. Everything was meant to be as is. He waited for YOU to save him. The vet tech sounds like a wonderful second meowmie!
