Tucker says thanks for all the birthday wishes. He is sure he is going to get more attention tonight but not really sure what that means. I guess he will have to wait and see.
For those that asked the little girl is my grand daughter, Jasmine, who was 3 when that picture was taken. She, her brother and mother are living with us right now because her dad is in Iraq. At first Tucker wasn't so sure about she and her brother who just turned 2 and at first he puppy bit them and then he went through a spell where he snapped at them. But we are through (knock on wood) the worst of that and he just loves the both of them - although Jasmine a little more than Dominic. Dominic isn't always the gentlest and sometimes it is hard to tell his patting from spanking. It is funny to hear him say "No, Tucka" when Tucker is trying to jump on him, though.
Because Tucker does like Jasmine a lot and gives her a lot of hugs and kisses, she is now telling me she thinks Tucker is hers now, he loves her more. The twinkle in her eye when she says it because I pretend I am angry that she is trying to steal the love of my dog from me is hilarious.
