I work at a library, and patrons have been trying to convince me to read the books for ages. But, because they always have them out, I haven`t managed to. Looks like the release party was a good time all around. Congrats on winning the costume contest, you look great!

I love the pic of you and Kia, too.

And LOL Phred! 1) The dogs are obviously not spoiled.

and 2) those are the drums that won't fit onto the existing set. They are supposed to be in the closet, but obviously haven't made their way yet.

I sometimes wish I could use it to whip up some moonshine.

That looks so fun! I'm on Mackinac Island right now and I've just found a copy of the book today at the books store in town. I put it on hold, I have to wait for my parents to take me down there to buy it.
I'm so excited!

ooh i love mackinac island! it's a comepletely different part of the state though, so we don't go very often

I just started reading the series on sunday night...finished twilight on monday morning, got the second book monday afternoon, and was done with it by monday night. and my parents won't let me get the third or fourth yet

so i'm DYING.

My daughter raced through the first 3 books and I just bought breaking dawn today. I started the first book and now I am hooked and almost finished in a few days.

A belated Congrats, Kimmy! The costume turned out great!

I showed my sister the pictures and she was completely jealous of it all, haha.

I got home Monday and was able to break the book away from my sister. It was pretty good, and my favorite of the three (well, I didn't care for the last two chapters much).
