My RB Anna,Had the same marks below her eyes also.She had it id say until she was about 2 then it went away,Its funny the other day me and hubby were looking through pictures and there was one and he says"That is not Anna",IT was infact a photo of her,But it was years she lived to be 14 so we were so used to it not being there.
