Yesterday I had a pre-birthday at my mom's. She asked what I wanted to do.

I wanted to go with her on one of her exercise walks. I have been getting back into walking...30 minutes at a time.

Yesterday we walked for 50 minutes in 79 degree heat in full sun.Sure glad I wore my sunhat and clipons!

Then - home cooked steelhead trout with some broccoli and rice, and just ice cream for dessert - Moose Tracks Supreme!

I worked today, but the bosses are away, and I am getting to do tasks that I wanted to get out of the way - set the time and date on the phones, and other stuff. It has been really hot - 86 degrees today - and my task is to water the outside plants if it doesn't rain for two days. I spent over an hour after work with the long hoses giving everything a good soaking - I really enjoyed just wandering from plant to plant, and washing down the leaves as well, making them dance!

Came home, went DIRECTLY into the shower (do not pass Go, do not collect $200), and enjoyed being home since the place stays really cool.

Got two singing phone calls, and one spoken birthday call - even my broker called, and the office already sent me a card! lol

It was a good day. Thanks. I'm 26 twice!
