One of my favorites!
Mom’s Meatloaf
1 lb. ground turkey
1 lb ground beef
1 lb. ground venison
1 pkg. french onion soup
2 egg whites
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. wheat germ(optional)
1/4 c. bread crumbs
BBQ sauce
Mix all ingredients (except bbq sauce) together with fork or hands. Put mixture into an oblong casserole dish and bake for 45-55 minutes at 350*. Top with BBQ sauce when almost done.
Serve with baked potatoes and a salad, and you're golden!
If you don't like or use ground venison or ground turkey, use all beef.

We always do large batch cooking on the weekend, and then use leftovers during the week. I make spagetti sauce, BBQ meats, soups during the weekend. Then freeze individual portions to alternate during the week.
