Thanks everyone!! I am making it a priority to give Taz his one-on-one time. So is Bruce and it seems to be working out pretty good. We will see next week when I let the "psycho kitty" out of her room. LOL

Everyone at the vet office kept saying "Oh I bet Taz is pissed!!". Well, yeah, but he'll get over it (I hope). I think they (the vet staff) were just upset that I got a new kitten instead of taking the resident cat, Murphy, home with me. But Murphy is 11 yrs old and larger than Taz so I KNOW Taz would not accept him. But I do love Murphy and if he's still around after Taz takes his trip to the bridge (which I hope is YEARS from now) I will bring him home with me for sure!

Thank you everyone for helping me honor my kitty. I will tell him all about every nice comment posted.
Our goal in life should be - to be as good a person as our dog thinks we are.

Thank you for the siggy, Michelle!

I just have one question, Taz will you marry me? You are just too handsome

This thread reminds me: When Kohl was a tiny baby, I used to put him under a round laundry basket so that I would not squish him while doing housework. He LOVED it, and eventually learned to lift it up a bit and climb under. He had so much fun "hiding" himself in there and since noone could see him jump and attack as people walked by. He also liked me to play with him through the holes in it. You might wanna see if Paizly likes that, it was fun

LOL, Katie you are silly!! I'm sure Taz would marry you, but you would have to move in here with us. Ahhh, perfect way to get to snuggle with Joey and Dora!!

Yeah, Paizly is venturing out to the rest of the house slowly. So it will be a while before I can subject her to big new things like the clothes hamper. Unless, of course, she discovers it for herself.
Last night she played in the office for a while. But my cat-sitter (aka Zoee) kept a close eye on her the whole time.

    Taz is a handsome boy.

Sounds like things are going well with your new addition. Slowly is the best way to go.
