I am just now seeing this and I am so sorry! I know how it is to get attached to the wee ones but sometimes they get called to the RB and there is nothing that can be done. Bless you for giving these little ones love.

Cat rescue and/or fostering has its heartbreak, to be sure, but it also has its rewards. Just try to remember that they at least got to experience the warmth of the human touch and plenty of love in their brief little lives and that's because of you. Once you get over the shock of it all, your heart will expand again and you'll foster because you won't want to give in to the heartbreak. For now, be comforted in knowing that they're free now to play at the Bridge and your PT friends are praying for you.![]()

I know it is heartbreaking, but please understand the rewards and what it means to these baby kitties. You open your heart and home to them. That means everything. You can do it again, please don't give up.
Our goal in life should be - to be as good a person as our dog thinks we are.
Thank you for the siggy, Michelle!

I'm so sorry about the baby kittens. All those claws, and those great big eyes!
I've been finally defrosted by cassiesmom!
