I don't have any idea what could be wrong with his little testicle. It sounds like a vet trip is coming up to get that checked out. I hope it is nothing serious and that when he is neutered it will be gone just like his
"boy parts." I had a toy poodle who had one undescended testicle which was taken care of at the time of his neutering.

Joey I can't wait to see your little sister when she comes. I know you two will be best friends. Maybe she will be able to fit in the blue pajamas at some point.
