Sure if the dogs will eat it, but cauliflower only has a small fraction of the nutrients in its green cousin broccoli.

I feed my boys broccoli ocassionaly, for a snack. They would DIE for a kong stuffed with broccoli... I don't get it. D: Just feed sparingly, as it's known to cause gas.
As with any vegetable, you have to either steam them or pulverize them (with a food processor or a blender) for your pup to be able to acquire any nutrients at all.
