    he'll grow into his freckles like Bob did

    That is soooo true...He does have lots more freckles than when we got him. Bob is a sweetheart, and he was an adorable puppy!

    Springers really aren't that big of a dog...males get maybe 49-50 pounds at the most, but they have the BIGGEST paws, even as puppies! I guess that is the hunting dog in them, maybe.....I don't know.
