MUNCHKIN , YOU ARE SUCH A BRAVE LITTLE SURVIVOR AND ITS SO GOOD TO SEE THAT YOUR MEEOWMI SAW THE POTENTIAL IN YOU AND TOOK YOU HOME AND GAVE YOU A SECOND, AND THIRD CHANCE.

Oh Munchkin, I didn't know whether to cry or cheer as I read your story. From such a sad start, you found that one very special person who could help you heal and become the grand cat you were meant to be. How wonderful! Both of these photos are so wonderful it shows you in all your regal feline glory.

Sending you some chin rubs and I hope you get an extra play time with the tissue on a pole (gee, I must make one of those!). We are so honored to have you as our Cat of the Day!

Oh my, do I ever love your human! All you wanted was a chance at life and your human gave it to you tenfold.

What a wonderful ending to a horrible beginning. Like a good novel, I have cried from beginning to end.

What a heartwarming, life affirming story of rescue! Precious Munchkin, beautiful boy. Those wretched people who would do you harm did their darndest to extinquish that beautiful spirit of yours, didn't they? But in the end, your amazing courage and will to survive, prevailed. And even when things looked bleakest of all, when it appreared that just maybe, all of your struggles would be for naught, with one tiny, soft pat, one outstretched paw, one final cry for help, a life was saved, a beautiful bond of unconditional love and trust, born. Heartfelt thanks to Munchkin's Magnificent Mom for saving this beautiful creature. This sweet kitty's story is yet another reason why we need to make a change in laws regarding animal abuse (stiffer penalties and a clearer description on what abuse is), sterilization (it should become law for all shelters and puppy and kitty mills need to be outlawed) and also back off of people who have kind hearts and are willing to take in more than their share of animals due to the ignorance and cruelty of "inhumane" beings we sadly share the Earth with. Why are these saviours being fined and those who are committing heinous acts not? Please write to your representatives until a change is made.
