    He may have just been doing what he was told to do by his parents, perhaps w/a severe penalty if he didn't. He may not have known where to turn for help. That isn't justification for his act but merely an attempt to understand why he would do such a thing. However, the point is moot. This little sweetheart was directed by Providence to you and she's now in good hands. A little kitten is so much fun. Enjoy her while you're working on finding her a good permanent home.

    I FOUND POOR BUSTER , AND HE WAS A GREAT LITTLE FOUUND CAT UNTIL HE PASSED AWAY FAR TOO SOON AT 3.

    I know people dump animals all the time, but for this to be a young person makes it worse..... it's the next generation of heartless people.
