All of my cats do that. Vixen does it most of all of them. She is always on her back. I will hunt down so pics and post them. I am not sure if I have pics of the others doing this or not. But I know I have a ton of Vixen.

Here are some of Vixen doing the belly up pose. Her most favorite way to relax or sleep. She has pretty well done this since day one. I must literally have hundreds of pictures of Vixen in this pose. Nothing disturbs her when she is 'relaxing'! The most she does is lift her head and look at you. LOL

Some of mine do that pose regularly as well. And yes as several mentioned, it is quite difficult to capture on camera. They are SO vulnerable like that, the least movement or sound and they are UP!

My Carly, who is a very big girl, loves to be on her back and stretch out her toes.....we call it her turkey toes pose. My Zoyia and Ray Ray love to be on their backs also. My TJ takes the cake though.....a rather x-rated pose I'd say. LOL, you gotta love them.

Yes, my Charlie lays like this in "his chair". It always cracks me up.

Shortie does it. So does Maya Linn, only she lays like that in the window hammock. NEVER kiss a cats belly when they are in a deep sleep. I did and wound up with a scratch VERY close to my eye, and a black eye.
