My thoughts exactly! And if one abx does not work, after a urinalisys has been done, DO A CULTURE to find out what bacteria is being dealt with. Then you can hit it where it lives, with a targeted abx.
Oh, and, regarding the need to urinate more often, this makes sense. If you've ever had a UTI, you'd know what that urgency is like - you can't help it, and often, you urinate only a small amount.

He's very vague, you know. It's just his personality I guess but that doesn't mean he's a bad veterinarian. I've had bad experiences before with the other vet so that's probably why I felt the need to post here and get my frustration out 



I know horse urine sure does foam, and when the pups have to go badly, it foams. Physics, I suppose!
