Well, it's HOT and I'm cranky .... oops, not the same thing is it?

Can I just jump into the ice cream maker? AC here in the office is broken! Talk about a sweat shop! Yikes!

I'll have one of those mulberry whatevers as long as it's COLD!

Barkeep - could you watch out for the really fancy cake that will be delivered today for LH's birthday?

Yeah, the one will all of those candles on it. Get out the fire extinguisher just in case.

KlamJuz - nice of you to drop by here - why don't you sign up - the fee is one (clean) joke.

Richard, KlamJuz has requested a shot of bourbon. Can we serve before the joke or only afterwards?

Those mulberries remind me of blackberries...wonder if the two plants are related?

No, mulberries grow on a tree, and there are no thorns. Blackberries are more closely related to raspberries.

Now, it's Lady's Human's birthday, so I figured I'd bring a coffee ring to share with everyone. It is the birthday "cake" replacement of choice for several members of my family, Lady's Human included.

No, it does not contain coffee. It's a traditional Swedish thing, served WITH coffee. (Like any traditional Swede thing isn't served with coffee?)

I'd guess one is normally enough to serve about a dozen people, or my two brothers!

Add to the coffee ring a chocolate cake with chocolate/caramel icing, brew up a pot of coffee, get plenty of Irish at the bar, and it's all good!
