So sorry Randi. I've been off PT most of the week.
Huge prayers for dear Fister!

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand and strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!

Randi, please try not to worry. My Storm just had his teeth cleaned and 2 of his upper tiny teeth were loose so they were removed. He's almost 12 1/2 years old and he did fine. There are different kinds of anesthesia and it said that Storm did well with induction with propofol, maintenance with isoflurane, and buprenex injection for pain control in the hospital. I'm sure that Fister will do fine and I'll keep him in my thoughts and prayers.![]()
Thank you for your good thoughts, I'm sure they helped.
Fister has been back for an hour, but is still not out of the anethesia, but it went well.He had two teeth pulled.
I was sure he wouldn't/couldn't jump out of the box when we got home, but he did! The poor boy was trying to get to the bedroom. He could hardly walk. So I carried him and put him on my bed and I've been laying there next to him since. Just now, while I was out here, he had crawled to the edge of the bed, so I put him on the floor, so he won't fall down. He's now under the bed.
The vet gave me some pills to give him, they're called Antirobe Vet. I'm to give him one in the morning and one in the evening, for 8 days.
When he got out of the box, I had my camera ready, so maybe later I'll post a video.
I'm so relieved it went well!![]()

Good to hear this! Fister will probably be walking around for a while looking like he has had "one too many." LOL! Looking forward to the video!![]()
Glad it all went well Randi. Poor wobbly Fister, he will probably just want to sleep the rest of the day away. Hope you manage those pills tomorrow. Do let us know how he behaves himself.![]()
Oh, Randi, I'm so very happy to hear it went well.![]()
