The reason why it keeps spinning while doing nothing obvious is because the processor is working, it will eventually stop.

Bah, I HATE it when programs don't come with uninstallers... it's a royal pain in the rear! Thanks for the suggestion; I'm a clean freak and regularly clean stuff off my comp I no longer use/need including viruses and spyware! But I lost the program I used to use to uninstall the pesky programs with no uninstaller, so this may be my afternoon chore. Thanks!
