that´s part of why the State is called that... LOL... yes there are LOTSA Chihuahuas..... if you check paper ads... it´s like Chihuahua craze..... .. they are sooooo popular here...

hence the theme... it was supposed to be about something caracteristic of our State and /or culture.... gotta love the Chi´s
