If she's convicted of a crime that was committed w/a firearm, there's a mandatory prison sentence connected to that. I'm not positive of how long but I think it's 5 years. As I suspected, even the policeman in the video alluded to her past and that it's a shame that there had been no intervention. This confirms my fear that her attorneys may try to use her past as an excuse for her deplorable, criminal behavior. I hope that a judge or jury, whatever the case may be, will be bright enough to see through it if her attorneys do use this defense. I'm getting really tired of smart mouthed young people getting away w/these things. No, it isn't always the young but we're seeing more of it on the news every day and it's a frightening trend that, if allowed to continue, will spell danger for everyone and not just the elderly.
