Gosh, they are so adorable. I just want to go and pick them up and bring them home. I hope, somehow, we can find them good homes before they go to a kill shelter. That would break my heart.

Any idea what is going on with these two boys? I have a ton of family around butler/pittsburgh/indiana pa, so i will ask around. I just wanted to make sure they were still "homeless". This is such a shame because the kitties just don't understand.....
I definitely understand that they don't understand and I want them to stay together. I recieved a post this eve, here it is:Originally Posted by cristy

If anyone can find homes, please get back to me or John. I would love to see these kittens get a great home. Rebecca
I have some really good news. Today I petted my feral mother cat while she was with her kittens. She rubbed heads with me and and let me pet her over and over. Some people think that ferals cannot be tamed. I just cried becasue I cannot believe she let me touch her. My other feral has been letting us pet her for over a month now. That only leaves one feral cat. I am so excited that I have been able to pet the mom. I play with the kittens all of the time hoping they will not be wild.
i cant have any more cats.
Would but won't.
I moved my kids and my critters across country to a NO pet lease had my new landlord meet them and he takes my bird with him on sunny days,
Sorry but this kind of pet owner engenders no sympathy from me.
ooops I guess I am back.

Would you be able to find a home for the kitties since you have family in Butler. My number is 724-214-2023. Please call me and let me know. RebeccaOriginally Posted by cristy
I just sent out an email this morning to everyone I know in the area...I am waiting for responses. Where are the kitties right now? And, how long can they stay there? Do you know if these people are actually looking for homes for them too?
do you have an email address for this lady, so that I can possibly get some pictures to send out and some more detailed info?
Cristy, this is the picture that Rebecca attached to her earlier post in this thread. If you right click and save it to your computer, you can attach it to your emails from you computer.

I believe they are looking for homes and they are having a hard time. Right now they moved into their new place and the cats have to stay outside. That makes me sad. I wil take the cats if I have to, but I am already having many issues with cats. Please try to find then good homes and give me a call before Friday, 724-214-2023 Rebecca
They are living outside right now. The owners cannot let them in the house. They may end up at a kill shelter.

The people have decided to keep the cats. I talked with them this morning and they told me that they ARE NOT declawed...which was my main concern. They have an igloo doghouse for shelter in the winter and the people are feeding and watering them. He said that as of now, they are doing just fine and thank you to anyone who was searching for a home for them. I don't like the thought of 2 cats being put outside for the first time in 11 years, but there is not much anyone can do at this point. Hopefully they will find some nice sunny spots in the summer and adjust ok.
