I have to second what LHCamry said in the above post. Lucy, I am so happy that you and your mom found one another as it seems to be a perfect match. Only problem, like LH, I want you too. Maybe one day I will visit a Miniture Pincher rescue site (like your Mom did) and find my own Lucy Jane. If that were to happen, I will think of you.

Congratulations on the honor you have been bestowed today. You have just what it takes to be a Dog of the Day. But in truth we are the ones who are blessed to be able to get to know a very special dog such as yourself. So congratulations to all those who came to view the Dog of the Day website as I think you must feel as I do -honored at meeting our representative, Lucy.

What a cute little girl!!! You are just adorable Miss Lucy Girly!! The bottom picture of you has captured the cutest smile and look on your little facie. We are so very sorry to hear of your beginning. It is awful that terrible people treat little sweethearts so badly. We can only keep praying that these horrid behaviors will be eradicated some day. Your story has a beautiful ending. Now you get to live life the way you want to. You get to feel love that you deserve. Oh Happy Day!!! Kudos to your folks for letting you live that good life. Congrats on being our DOTD today!! Please please please tell the family to give you lots and lots of kisses on that shiny, silky little head from us. Happiness always!!!
