We stopped at a bar/gift shop on the two hour drive to the resort. This guy had his music up really loud and was dancing.


FINALLY... FINALLY... we get to our room after two hours of confusion because our room wasn't clean, so we got upgraded to a beach-front suite!

The beach had gotten washed out really bad the day before, so they had caution tape up because there was a good foot-and-a-half drop in sand levels! So I took a picture.



This guy was selling shells on the beach. The only shells that anyone knew of were 120 feet from shore and 3 miles down. Hey, the guy posed nice!

He HATED getting his sunscreen put on. We went through TWO bottles of sunscreen between Jake, Gavin and I!

Some man had made this in the sand, and ironically, my sister's name is Jenny, so we made her pose.


I had to laugh at how FAR this kid flew!


Our swim-up bar... we went here often! (Legal drinking age in Jamaica is 18... SWEET! )

We also went on a horseback riding excursion. This was my horse, named Perfect.


Once we got to the beach with the horses, Gavin immediately spotted a little kitten and had to hold him.

Last post!

Gavin and I at the local marketplace.


We had some leftover Jamaican currency, because the shopping trip was the day before the day we left. Gavin went and gave all the Jamaican money we had (about $3 American dollars, equivilent to... roughly 210 Jamaican dollars) to this little boy. He was so ecstatic and so were his parents.


And they had to mess around in the gift shop!
