    I guess I'm confused about what you are talking about. I see no smilies at all, but it's probably because of my settings? The only time I see smilies is when I click the "smilies" link at the very bottom of the page.

    EDIT: I mean I see smilies in individual posts just not a "box" of them somewhere when I'm making a post or reply, etc.

    I believe you have the choice to enable or disable the smilies on your
    own screen. Check your personal id page.

    I don't see any option in my settings that allow or disallow smilies, though. Images, yes, but I have it checked, and if that were the case I wouldn't see any images at all.
