Well only thing is that not so secure I just charge them the amount you will spend on spay and neuter and then tell them they have to wait till the kittens spayed/neutered. If need be have a contract, I know that sounds intense since you not doing this for money and your not a breeder but tell them why this means to cat lovers like ourselves. Honestly I judge if I could trust that person or know that person well enough to know that they would do that despite a low charge fee because there are tons of free kittens ads and if they aren't sincere then they won't get the kittens.
