    What a looker! Sweet eyes, beautiful face and I am sure Noel is as soft as a cloud!

    How could anyone abuse such a sweetie pie? All those who abuse and neglect animals will get theirs one day. In the meantime, thank you for saving this girl. Noel, enjoy your day as COTD.
