Maybe some Border Collie in there! Her face and muzzle doesn't look very Rottie to me - her markings could be Shepherd, or Tri-Border collie, though every always assumes Rottie or Doberman with black-and-tan, even though many dogs have that color pattern.

IDK I kinda see some rottie in the face, however the body is too slender to have much rottie. Her face doesn't resemble neither an Aussie OR BCollie to me though, but it could also be the angle of the photo.

Her head looks boofy like a Rottie's, well i think so anyway.
