Oh! I'd definitely say Australian Kelpie!! A friend of mine has one and they are incredibly intelligent dogs. Beautiful too!

It is hard to tell that age. Her hair may get long as she gets older. But, omgoodness, I really do think she is one of the cutest pups I have ever seen. I would love to see more of her.
