We haven't made our reservation yet - but might return to the Rent-a-Bed in
Fostoria that we used on Labor Day, '07. It was FAR from *phansee*,
but it was pretty clean and CHEAP!

So, do we plan on a Second Gathurin for Monday?
I'll check with the Park Office tomorrow to see if we can reserve Pavilion #7
for Monday, too.

We're staying at the Rodeway Inn in Findlay. They charge $10 a pet.

Econolodge had a 35 lb. pet limit which Sasha is easily 3 x's over.

Quality Inn and Red Roof Inn had a 2 pet per room policy and Towneplace Suites did allow pets but it would of been $119 a night plus a $75 pet fee.

I think we'll have 4 pups with us, 5 if Ashley brings 2.

I'm at the RedRoof with two double beds and they allow dawgs for only $10 extra deposit. So far it's me.. maybe my DIL Jenny and if so we will have two of our dawgs but if not with Jenny it's me and I will hang with Mark, Bon, Liz, Staci and KlamJuz and all the extras. hahahahaha.... Phred, iffin I bring a bucket o' clams on ice to put on the grill don't hate me. No one will force feed you silly man.

I'm booked as well but DIL Jenny won't be with me (in spirit yes, physically no) she and son Kenneth will be in Dover DE at NASCAR. So, maybe I can find a co-pilot buddy but iffin not I'm a loner. Phred... I've done 8+ hrs before many times, not to worry gud buddy. Prolly won't bring dawgs so prepare to have a few "loaners" available to gobble my treats (not that I will have to worry about that, I'm sure) Checking into hotel Saturday afternoon and checking in with KlamJuz and calling Stac and a few others for whatever time to meet at the DawgPark Sunday. All systems go ~ YEEEHAAAAA!!!!! Hope there's a nice restaurant or so for dinner Sat. night in town. Guy at the RedRoof said the town is only "so small" the Park is about a mile away. Zippy, can you and your big black & white "critter" really not figger it out?

Aren't they racing in Charlotte that weekend?

There are several nice restaraunts in Findlay. I'm sure Staci can recommend several, or feel free to PM me for ideas as well.

Hey, wanna leave a lil' early and swing *down* to TX on your way *over* to Ohio? I'm going to be participating in the APHA's "Saddle Up for St. Jude" trail ride. It's May 3rd in Benbrook, TX (outside of Ft Worth) -- trail's 10mi long -- and all $ goes to St. Jude. (I'll be using a loaner horse this go 'round as I still don't have a horse trailer. Aw well, maybe Summer can go next year.)
