Oh Tonya, I'm so so sorry to hear about Miz Sophie. I've been trying to get caught up at work and haven't had much time to check many of the threads except on the cat side, and I completely missed this until your post about your new, precious little KC. I'm sure Miz Sophie didn't like you being upset and sent KC to help comfort you.

When I was real, real young, we had a few rabbits as pets, but I don't remember much about them, so Miz Sophie was the first bun I knew that was a true pet, that had a personality and was loved and cared for like every pet could only hope for. We got to know her lovely personality through all your posts, and we will truely miss her. Although I'm sure what we all feel is only a fraction of what you have gone through in the past few weeks.

I hope the adorable KC brings you much comfort, which will help Miz Sophie to rest in peace.

Please accept my apology for not posting earlier... I've veiwed this thread many times.... but just didn't know what to say. All i can say is sorry. Everytime i saw parsley, i thought of you and Sophie. I was hoping one day i could meet her, and me and her could share a bowl of parsley. Congrats on your Kitty. Maybe it's just Sophie in a KAT costume.

We at the lost cats hotel also send our deepest condolences on the passing of dear Sweet Sophie. But as my pastor always reminds us it is just our physical self that passes on our spirit is free to live in Paradise. And since all good cats go to heaven I am sure she is now playing with Mr. Fluffy , Mr Scrappy , Tiger , Munchkin , Orange Blossom , Buster Kitten and the first cat that I ever was guardian for , Precious Pouncer , my little pal.Sophie is romping in Cat Heaven , sniffing cat nip and playing with Cat Angel toys , God bless her memory.

Unfortunately my eyes are dimmming and I did not see that sweet Sophie was a rabbit. I would edit my post but only have an hour on the library computer and I have no idea what to do.But the spirit of my message is still there as The Cat Angel Army has many non cat pals , and there is enough food and love on the Rainbow Bridge as animals , unlike humans do not fight when there is plenty of food and love. I am sure my Cat angels are rounding up carrota and lettuce even as I am typing this. Sorry about that Sophie.

I wanted to say Thank you to everyone who replied and I apologize for not writing 'thank you note' this earlier. It's just so hard to visit this thread, sometimes. I try to read it thru but never can make it without breaking down.

I have good days that I remember her and smile and shed a few happy tears. Then there are those days (like today) that I want to do nothing more than stay in bed and feel sorry for myself. She's out of pain and I should be happy about that -- and I am, don't get me wrong -- but how I miss that girl!!!

I can't write all I that I want... lol it's kinda hard to see thru the runny mascara now. But please, please, PLEASE know that all your thoughts, comments, emails, EVERYTHING means sooo much to me!

A few of Mom's classroom kids were asking when "that black bunny" would be coming back to visit them. A bittersweet comment --- I guess she touched more people than I ever realized.

*REALLY* can't see now -- my eyes have sprung a huge leak. lol

I was hoping I'd be able to say more... I guess it will have to wait a lil' while longer...

I know it's belated, but I just wanted to say a big THANK YOU.
