My goodness Obama's pastor seems to be a real piece of work. I hope that Obama is stating the truth when he says he would have left the church if Pastor Wright had not retired. Possibly he is trying to stamp out what is now a forest fire. I have to wonder about people who sit in churches where this kind of stuff is put forth. Thank God every church I have ever attended has stuck to the Bible and preaching what should be preached. I, for one, am glad this guy retired although he certainly has left a legacy of garbage.

Ah yes, Caesar's wife should be above reproach (suspicion). But it wasn't Arianna having the affair - it was her wacko husband. And supposedly she knew about his predilections before she married him. And she arranged to get a nice sum of $$$ upon the divorce.

If she invented the salads, she's alright with me.

Sorry I questioned her morality. Marrying a gay man and capitalizing on that fact.

You know, She reminds me of a really evil Zsa Zsa Gabor.

We also seem to ignore hate-spewing Pastor John Hagee....seems if you agree with the particular hate being spewed...it's okay.

John Hagee - from an AP article -

The televangelist, San Antonio megachurch leader John Hagee, has referred to the Roman Catholic Church as "the great whore" and called it a "false cult system" and "the apostate church"; the word "apostate" means someone who has forsaken his religion.
He also has linked Adolf Hitler to the Catholic church, suggesting it helped shape his anti-Semitism.
McCain said he does not agree with some of Hagee's past comments. "It's simply not accurate to say that because someone endorses me that I therefore embrace their views," McCain told reporters at a news conference Monday in Phoenix.
Catholic groups are pressuring McCain to go further and reject the endorsement, which he announced at a news conference with Hagee last week. The Democratic National Committee also is publicizing Hagee's views.
"Indeed, for the past few decades, he has waged an unrelenting war against the Catholic Church," said Catholic League President Bill Donohue.
"Senator Obama has repudiated the endorsement of Louis Farrakhan, another bigot," Donohue said. "McCain should follow suit and retract his embrace of Hagee."

I've also heard, don't know if it's true, that he, like Jerry Falwell, has blamed 9/11 on gays in our society.

    IMHO, he's a fruitcake.

No, that's Peyton. And Eli is the Manning for the NY giants. Maybe Archie or the other son, Cooper?

    Football is a religion.

So are enviromental issues to some large Irish Catholic families living in Massachusetts.

There once was a senator who sailed Nantucket
Who bailed his bilge with a bucket.
    When his diesel was found
    floating on top the Sound.
He told the media to suck it.

I like BO's comments about teen pregnancies.

I think he's WRIGHT about that.

The person tha comes out AFTER BO makes a stupid comment should be president. It seems that he always needs to have his comments explained, lest he be "MISQUOTED".
