    "escape to Vermont"

    Mel, you are one cute doggie. Congratulations for being the Dog of the Day. You seem to be a really smart doggie, so I thought I would invite you to Camp Vermont if you find a new way to escape and need a place to visit.

    You remind me of my first doggie, Jeff.

    Aw Mel, you sure are a cutie. I can't believe you caused your family all that worry with your escapades. Oh well, at least you have a very nice outdoor kennel to enjoy while the folks are out. What a smart and adorable girlie you are. Enjoy your very special day as our Dog of the Day.
