Souraya - good for you - this is something that cannot be ignored - I have a neighbor across the street that used to beat his dog on a regular basis - I called the Human Society and they sent someone out straight away - he knew it was me that made that call and confronted be about it and I said I would do it again if I ever saw him abusing another animal. This guy is 50 years old for God's sake - you'd think he'd know better!!!
