I hear ya! That is why I have not found a job closer to home. I have been at my current job for over 4 years and my hourly wage has gone up $7 in those 4 years. To leave here would mean I'd have to take a pay cut. Every place I've looked is offering the hourly wage I started here with. That's going backwards, IMO.

So I'll tell you what I keep telling myself. There is the perfect job out there for you. It will come. Patience. (maybe you'll listen to me better than I do)
