My question though is how do you KNOW they have the training if they've never taken classes and/or aren't certified to be doing what they're doing? For all you know they could be learning/practicing on your animals. What if they make a mistake? I'm aware that anyone, with or without training, can make a mistake, but it's less likely to happen to someone who's taken classes and had instruction versus someone just shadowing a vet.
