RIP, dear girl, you are now a Shadow in the Wind, brushing past Ashley's cheek, nudging gently on her leg, letting her know you are near and doing well. Keeping and eye on the little girl you loved, who grew into a woman as you outgrew your puppyhood. You both grew up together a bond which will unite you both for Eternity.

Happy Birthday Big Girl!
It would have been your 12th birthday.
We had made plans to go to the doggie ice cream shop.
You had never been there before.
I wish we would have gone the week I was home when you started getting sick.
You weren't feeling up to par, I was really hoping you'd feel a little better before we went.
I'm so sorry. Hope you're enjoying the bridge,

Ashley, I am so so so sorry to hear about sweet Shadow girl. I can tell you really, really loved her. Rest In Peace, Shadow... you will be greatley missed.
