This statement in the report threw me for a loop.

"John Snyder is with the Humane Society of the United States. He doesn't have a problem with humanely euthanizing the cats, but he's concerned about who's catching the cats."

The HSUS has no problem with that???? The answer to strays is spay/
neuter not euthanizing them. It sounds like a strange thing for them to
say.
