Finn is such an amazing jumper! He looks like he loves what he does. The very last one you posted makes me think of a lab out in the field flushing birds. He is such a handsom boy!

Remembering all the Rainbow Bridge Pets
Wow, such compliments, thank you! Yeah, action shots are never easy, and they are not my strong point at all. All the photos were taken with my Nikon D80. The Dock Dogs photos were taken by my boyfriend, Finn's number one fan, set on a manual setting (where you have to adjust the exposure), with auto focus. The darker action shots (where I noted how lean and strong he has gotten) were taken on the manual setting. The lighter action shots were taken on the camera's action setting. I'm not sure why it lets so much more light in, but it does. I understand my camera, but not fully. But, I also take 3 or 400 photos to get a couple action shots I like, hahaha.
Anyway, thank you for the compliments about Finn. Some of you may remember when he weighed nearly 90 pounds two years ago, so I'm very proud of all of us for getting him back to a healthy, safe weight of 65! I'll never let him get over 75 pounds ever again. And, he'd have to be either Super Muscle Boy or Couch Potato Boy before he'd reach 75 pounds again.![]()
