    I'm not a big fan of grapefruit. But oddly, I'm having a craving for it now.

    Yes, ruby red grapefruit is awesome and I love them but sadly can't eat them as they interfere with the BP meds I'm taking.

    For breakfast years ago I used to eat a bowl full of orange and grapefruit segments mixed.....no sugar added. Yummy!!!!
