    Anna, are the pics you were trying to upload .jpg's? If not, that may be the problem. I stopped using Shutterfly because of it.

    Nope Phred, they were/are all gone.

    I did contact them and let them know and they said there were quite a few albums that I "might" have accidentally deleted. Well, they were albums from YEARS ago that I purposely deleted and not the ones that had been transferred from Image Station
    So, I guess if they can't find them I'll be finding another place to store my pictures

    I'm glad no one else is having that problem.
