I love Grapefruits... with sugar, of course! : ) But I would eat them without sugar, too.

Yes, ruby red grapefruit is awesome and I love them but sadly can't eat them as they interfere with the BP meds I'm taking.
For breakfast years ago I used to eat a bowl full of orange and grapefruit segments mixed.....no sugar added. Yummy!!!!
