* Gave me a ticket for 200 dollars, for allowing my dog to bite a person.
* Mac is deemed a dangerous dog.
* needing a pen with a roof
* by-law says he has to have his ear or flank tattooed ...

Well, gosh ....I guess the AC guys have to follow the laws, or the other side would be really upset and maybe make things worse...but thank God the boss is trying to change some of the conditions.

Also - is the DD for life? Or if Mac doesn't mistake another kid for a huge stuffy in 5 years, is it removed?

It stays with him for life, unless we move outside the city limits. Technically we are inside the city by a few hundred metres. It's a city bylaw so outside of the limits, it doesn't apply.
