Salad Days?

I get that iceberg mix at costco and add drained canned garbanzo beans and some ranch dressing and a bit of fresh parmesan.

Just remembered another good salad: crunchy pea salad.

Mix together :
one 16 oz. package of thawed frozen peas
1 cup dry roasted peanuts or cashews
1 cup chopped celery
6 strips of very crisp bacon, broken into small pieces
1/4 cup chopped onion

Then mix:
1/2 cup of mayo (I use low fat)
1/4 cup of Zesty Italian dressing

Pour the salad dressing mixture over the other ingredients and blend.

Yummy!
