I don't eat salad often enough, but when I do, it's usually iceberg (and possibly other green salad), cucumber, tomatoes, salad onions, mushrooms and a sprinkle of pine nuts. It's good with either oil/winegar or creme fraice, garlic, salt, pepper and ??? can't rememebr the name of the herb that looks like grass.

I actually love Walfdorf salad too (and that reminds me of Faulty Towers ) It goes well with Duck. Anyone have a good recipe of that?
