Have you had the Georgio & Tony food show yet? Not sure how well they cook really, but Georgio looks fantastic and is always laughing. Just watching him and I'm in a better mood. Reminds me of the good old days.

I do like Paula Deen. She's very likeable and she seems to be a lot of fun. But her recipes are so heavily laden w/butter and fat, I can hear my left ventricle slamming shut just watching her program.

I saw the end of Good Eats and AB was wrapping a standing rib roast with string that came from a ball that was sitting on the floor.


Guy Fieri was in a Mexican restaurant while a woman was cooking a pot of menudo. He started out with his hand on the rim of the pot she was using.
In one of the next shots he was resting his forearm across the rim.

I do! And I remember the episode in which Tuschman let JAG have it for his comments about ethnicity. What happened to Amy, the winner? Did her show ever go to air? The only show I'm really glued to on the Food Network is "Unwrapped". I don't like Guy Fieri. I also don't like Duff Goldman, the Ace of Cakes. I love to see the cakes they do, but I just don't like him.

Elyse, I think Amy's show is on Sunday at 1:00 OR 1:30 EST. I've seen it a couple of times. It was ok but not great. I was hoping the other girl would win. Oh well

Is anybody watching the Food Network Challenge? I love some of the recipes and I can't wait to go to TGI Fridays to try some of them.

It seems to me that Guy Fieri is taking over the network, one show at a time. He's all over the place.
