When a feline SHOULD be declawed you take away the essence what makes it a feline. A feline needs her claws to hunt and to mark her surroundings. Having claws is what makes it a feline. Declawing is pure animal abuse and I'm so glad I live in a country where vets and cat-owners would even think of something like that...
