Aww she is so cute!! I love golden pups! Looks like she needed that bath. She seems like she is really happy in her newly fenced yard!. Looks like she and that bulldog might hit it off.. but your right, it can be hard to tell if hes being friendly.. Your best bet si to maybe go next door and talk to the owners, ask them if hes good with other dogs..
