Is that Bulldog friend or foe?

I'm not sure yet While the bulldog is out they will spend all their time running up and down that fence line and trying to dig under the fence to get to each other. Ginger looks playful but I have no idea how to tell if a bulldog is being friendly or not I know that Ginger will roll on her back and tuck her tail between her legs every once in a while but that only lasts for a second and then they go back to touching noses.
